Bruce has continued with his karate class. This week he had a special clinic with the dojo sensei’s original instructor and his son.
It was well attended!
The early part of the clinic was a warm up with lots of punching.
There were plenty of opportunities fro a loud “ki-ai”.
The visiting sensei was always watchful of form and stance. Bruce was in the middle of the room so he got an extra dose of attention!
The visiting sensei’s son was very skilled and a great instructor. Here he shows how to properly do a kibudachi stance. He was much lower and wider than anyone else!
Nearing the end of the class Bruce did a good job keeping focus and form. There were some seriously sweaty gis by this point.
Not sure I would want to mess with this guy!
